Independence Day Menu



Drinks

Create your own Bloody Mary and Martini bar:

• Urn of olive, pearl onion, cornichon, celery, black peppercorn, and cherry tomato infused vodka
• Urn of citrus infused vodka
• Urn of jalapeño, poblano, and ancho chili infused vodka
• Urn of raspberry infused vodka

With:

• Toasted grapefruit, lemongrass, and celery seed flavored sea salts
• Pickled green tomatoes
• Pepperoncini and cherry peppers
• Grated horseradish
• Bleu cheese, almond, and jalapeño stuffed olives
• Cracked black peppercorns
• Celery stalks
• Worcestershire
